Nancy Nelson, LCSW
"Nancy believe sthat everyone deserves to tell their story in a safe and understanding environment.  She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 28 years. Her time has been devoted to helping children and adolescence who have been diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disabilities with a focus in the area of crisis intervention and grief and loss issues. Nancy coordinated and facilitated the Kendall County School and Community Crisis Team for 10 years.  She obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work from Aurora University in Illinois. Throughout her career she did research in Post Traumatic Stress in Children. Much of her time has been devoted to helping those who have experienced some kind of loss and/or trauma in their lives.
Nancy has a special interest in helping all ages through their grief and loss recovery, depression and anxiety.  Everyone has a story that needs to be told. "I want to hear your story. "

Courtney Doyle-O'Brien, LCPC
Courtney is dedicated to the overall health and well-being of the individual while building a therapeutic relationship in a safe environment. She believes that working with the client in a collaborative relationship is critical to reaching their goals. She values the genuine and empathic relationship that develops as a result of transparent therapeutic work. In other words, client and therapist work together to establish goals and develop a treatment plan that makes sense to the client. As your therapist, she will work to be supportive, to provide you with relevant knowledge, and to create an atmosphere that feels comfortable and safe.

 Carissa Silunas has a masters degree in Social work from Lewis University. Brooke Jensen LPC

Brooke is a clinical mental health counselor with experience working with children, individuals, couples and families. She enjoys utilizing creative interventions and collaborative approaches to help clients reach their goals. She has training in a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art therapy, Play therapy and mindfulness practices. In practice, Brooke tailors her approach to meet each clients needs in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. Her goal as a therapist is to build a safe therapeutic space which empowers clients and helps them achieve meaningful change. 
In addition to working with children and adults she has experience working with youth impacted by trauma, PTSD and those exhibiting problematic behaviors. She has experience utilizing evidence based treatment to help individuals manage symptoms related to their trauma histories and helping them move towards healing. Kimber Lubert, LPC

Kimber is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She received a dual Masters of Arts in Community Counseling and School Counseling from DePaul University. In addition to her counseling credentials, she is also a 200hr Registered Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance with specialized training in children’s yoga from Global Family Yoga. ™
 
Kimber works with children, adolescence, young adults, parents, and families with issues regarding: anxiety, depression/mood disorders, suicidal/crisis intervention, disruptive behaviors/conduct disorders, impulse-control, peer relationship issues, family conflict, and trauma. 
 
In session, Kimber incorporates traditional counseling theory and yoga philosophy to facilitate healing and growth of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. With children, Kimber utilizes play therapy techniques through the use of a synergetic play therapy model. Synergetic play therapy as a holistic approach to Play Therapy that focuses on both the therapist and the child authentically interacting with themselves and each other in an effort to become more mindful.

In her spare time, Kimber enjoys spending time with her husband, children and dogs. As a family, they like to travel aspiring to visit all 50 states. When she is not on the go, Kimber can be found cuddled up in her favorite chair with a cup of tea reading a book.

 Tedd McCauley, LCSW is a Psychotherapist who has been in Private Practice in the Naperville and Joliet areas for the past 23 years. He has also worked in Social Work and Special Education Administration for over 20 years. He utilizes a multi-eclectic approach with children, adolescents, adults and families that is client focused and task centered to assist in the accomplishment of meaningful life changes.
